    Education Counseling for Study Abroad

Choosing a course and country should be based on more than grades. SEMC’s counsellors review academic record, budget, and career plans together, then provide a shortlist that can be acted on directly.

A shortlist built on your record, budget, and goals.

    Service Process

Counselling starts with a review of your academic record, budget, and career goals, followed by a shortlist of courses and destinations that genuinely fit. You leave the first session with options you can act on, not a generic list.

At SEMC, education counselling comes down to three commitments:

Recommendations matched to your record, budget, and goals
A shortlist you can act on, not a generic list
Support that continues from first consultation through enrolment
How do you decide which courses to recommend?
Transcripts, test scores, budget, and goals are matched against course requirements and outcomes in the relevant field.
    Is education counselling free?
Initial consultations are free. Application support is covered under the service package, explained upfront.
Can you help if a country hasn't been chosen yet?
Yes. Many students start counselling before deciding on a destination, and comparing countries is often part of the process rather than a prerequisite for it. We go through course availability, costs, and visa pathways across all six countries we work with, so you can compare properly before committing to one.
What is needed for a first consultation?
Nothing formal is required. It helps to bring your most recent transcripts or academic results, an idea of your budget, and any preferences you already have on country or field of study. If you're unsure of any of this, that's fine too. The first session is designed to help you work it out, not to test what you've already prepared.
